RATES & TERMS

Agreement:

This Agreement is not binding upon the parties until the first payment been received by Klang Villa and conformation has been sent to the guest.

Rates:

NOVEMBER THROUGH FEBRUARY

The rate is THB 20,000 per day. A minimum stay of 4 days is required.
If a request of less than 4 day is made within 7 day of arrival, the 4 day
minimum may be waived.

There is a discount for extended stays. The discounts are as follows;

MARCH THROUGH OCTOBER

The rate is THB 16,000 per day. A minimum stay of 3 days is required.
If a request of less than 3 day is made within 7 day of arrival, the 3 day
minimum may be waived.

Prices are in Thai Baht and inclusive of service charge and prevailing government tax.

Initial Deposit:

An initial deposit of 30% of the rental must be paid before a booking can be confirmed.

Final Payment:

The final payment must be made upon arrival.

Damage Deposit:

In addition to the daily rate, there is a B 15,000 damage deposit which must be made at the time of the final payment.. If there is no damage, the B15,000 shall be refunded to the guest upon departure. If there is damage greater than B15,000 , the guest shall be expected to pay the excess damage. All refunds will be made in Thai Baht

Payment Methods:

All payments must be made in Thai Baht and received within four days after the payment instructions have been given to the guest by Klang Villa. If the payment is not received within this four day time period, the booking will be cancelled.

1. Bank Transfer in Thai Baht: All charges incurred for the bank transfer will be borne by the guest.

All information necessary to make the payments will be furnished by Klang Villa at the time of booking

Cancellation and Refunds:

If a cancellation is made before 60 days of arrival 50% of the received deposit will be refunded. If cancellation is made within 60 days of arrival, no refunds will be made.. If Klang Villa is forced to cancel a booking due to the villa becoming uninhabitable, then all payments will be refunded.

All refunds will be made in Thai Baht. Notices of cancellation may be made by email or fax.

Check In and Check Out Times:

Check in time is 1:00PM and check out time is 11:00AM. If there are no other bookings, then we can be flexible on check in and check out time.

Transportation:

Villa Klang recommends image www.imagelimo.com for transportation to/from the airport. Villa Klang has a secure car park if the guest wishes to bring a car.

Conduct and Behavior:

Each guest is responsible for abiding by the laws of the Kingdom Thailand.

Property and Valuables:

Each room is furnished with a safe. Please use it for your valuables. Neither Klang Villa nor its staff is responsible for any loss or damage to a guest’s valuables or property.

Children:

The villa is not set up to accommodate children. Please make sure that only children you bring can swim.  The pools are 1.4m deep.

Liability:

Klang Villa strongly recommends that the entire party be covered by comprehensive travel insurance and health insurance. Klang Villa is hereby held harmless by you and your party from all claims related to your use of Klang Villa or locally procured services which are secured at the guest’s request . The villa tile floors and the wood floor around the pools can be slippery when wet, so use care when walking on the wet wood or wet tile floors. Your payment signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

This Agreement is governed by the Laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and disputes shall be tried in a Thai court.
